Julie Mingus is a seasoned corporate treasury leader with more than 30 years of experience, specializing in retail and direct-store-delivery (DSD) environments across global markets. She is the former Senior Director of Treasury Operations at Cinemark, where she joined in March 2017 as Director of Treasury Operations and built and led a treasury operations team supporting both domestic and international activities.

Throughout her career, Julie Mingus has led the design and transformation of treasury teams and processes, overseeing corporate payables, P-Card programs, and travel and entertainment operations while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Prior to Cinemark, she held a range of corporate treasury operations roles at Tandy Corporation, PrimeCo PCS, Blockbuster Inc., Dean Foods, and MoneyGram International.

Julie Mingus holds a BS in Finance and Economics from Texas Wesleyan University and serves on advisory boards for Wells Fargo and JPM. She also holds advisory roles with AFP and is a regular speaker at industry conferences.
