A fruitful time at the Payments Leaders' Summit, grateful for the opportunity to meet new connections, gain fresh insights, and attend the Women in Payments lunch.

We wanted to come to an event that is a trusted leader in the industry, where senior members come and meet and talk and discuss different ideas and promote their solutions. We heard about this conference several times from other customers and prospects that have attended in the past. When we came to the event, we didn’t know what to expect because this was new. We were hoping to meet relevant people, and the organisers helped us understand that the onboarding process of vendors and sponsors is very relevant to us. The people that we met were exactly what we needed.

I had two really good roundtables, one on seamless payments, which was a fantastic panel. We were different merchants, different categories, but with the same common problems, which I found really, really useful. There's an open atmosphere where it's easy to mingle, easy to meet other merchants, other suppliers that I don’t have knowledge of. So it's very easy to mingle and build network.

If I compare this event and its format to events I've attended in the past, I'd say there's a strong focus on networking. It's quite intimate, so that gives a nice way to easily get introduced to new people. It’s a nice and social atmosphere.
