The roundtable experience was particularly fruitful. It reignited my awareness of the different complexities merchants face. At the table, we had a mix of merchants from various verticals and segments, some with mature global operations, others just venturing into new territories. Hearing their experiences, learning what they are doing (and aren’t doing), and seeing how even newer entrants were leveraging very mature strategies was refreshing. The discussion fostered collaboration and generated real innovation.
