One-to-one meetings are essential. Sure, I can grab a drink and chat with people, but having dedicated one-on-one time is invaluable. You do a great job of bringing the right people together and facilitating warm introductions. The structured conversations, with clear topics to discuss, add a level of value that other conferences simply don’t.

The conference itself and the content are fantastic! The speakers are highly qualified, with some real heavy hitters involved. What truly sets this event apart, however, is the curated meetings directly with the merchants—it's a unique feature that distinguishes it from other events in the industry.

The roundtables were one of the best parts of the show. People were open and honest, and the moderators asked really good, relevant questions. The one-on-one meetings were surprisingly good - not typical sales pitches, but real, relevant conversations. My overall experience: network expanding, knowledge expanding, and learning.

I would definitely recommend sponsoring Payment Leader Summit to other chargeback mitigation providers. There are a lot of merchants here that require chargeback prevention and fighting tools. It’s a great opportunity to meet enterprise-level merchants that need our services. The biggest value I walk away with is understanding merchant needs. Hearing pain points really helps me hone in on exactly what solution is needed. Sponsoring has definitely delivered the ROI we were looking for, at least based on the initial conversations. Based on the size of the opportunities, I’m fairly positive we’ll have a very good ROI from this conference.

The focus on enterprise merchants brings a level of sophistication we really value. Being able to have more nuanced, complex conversations around payments and talk to the right people within organisations, has been super effective and meaningful for us. I really appreciate the more intimate setting. You can have more meaningful conversations, thoughtfully advise, consult, and build relationships with longevity. Most payments projects involve more than one person, so being able to put a face to the decision-making team is huge. That enables further progress and discussion down the line.

The insight panels bring a wealth of knowledge across a broad range,very informative to everyone here. I would recommend Payment Leader Summit to senior leaders because payments is evolving daily. If you don't stay on top of it, you're going to be left behind. This event takes it to a higher level, which is very important in today’s environment. Women in payments and fraud don’t have enough voice. We’re a growing number at the senior level, and this is a great way to network with like minds and be part of something that’s a change!

Super effective! Merchants share their roadmaps before meetings, so you can get straight to the point. It’s a very private event with face-to-face, real business discussions. It's a great chance to connect, network, and learn market trends.

What I truly loved about the Payment Leaders Summit was its strong focus on real-world applications in the near term. The conference had an excellent emphasis on open banking and account-to-account payments, bringing together a diverse set of stakeholders—banks, merchants, and tech providers—all in one place. The intimate setting also allowed for meaningful, qualitative discussions. Given the high-caliber cohort here, I would absolutely recommend it.

The roundtables were incredibly engaging, bringing together a diverse mix of merchants and industry experts focused on problem-solving. The presence of banking professionals added valuable insights, helping to break down challenges effectively. The one-to-one meetings were also highly productive, with a great selection of merchants that aligned with our problem-solving approach at Payabl. We really appreciated the variety of industries we could support and received very positive feedback. Additionally, the seniority of attendees was impressive—many were decision-makers with deep expertise, making for meaningful and impactful discussions.

The Payment Leave Summit is brilliant! It's been a really great chance to find out new innovation in the payment world as well as connecting with people that we haven't before, as well as people that we've already met in the past, touch base and find out what's new with them. It's generally just a great event to keep up to date in the payments industry.

Being able to discuss with peers rather than just vendors has been invaluable and quite reassuring to discover that actually, the challenges are very similar across different industries.
