The one-to-one meetings were really valuable. I really love the fact that it was really to the purpose. It was not constructed as a sales pitch. It was more of a very friendly approach towards the companies that were looking for solutions and trying to understand their problems, solve them, and offer, if necessary, a respective solution.

I think the insight shared during the panel discussions was quite diverse. Lots of different stakeholders in the payment industry, and that really helps to get a grasp of what's trending in the payments industry at this moment

An amazing time at the Payments Leaders' Summit has come to a conclusion. I feel vastly more educated than at the start of the week, having gathered fantastic insights from excellent talks and panels, as well as engaging with a wide range of knowledgeable people across various industries. A lot of speakers brought a lot of in-depth knowledge and experience to the conference. So it was very useful to other attendees as well. I would say it was fantastic. The event's overall atmosphere was fantastic as well. There were a lot of busy meetings with the PSPs and with peer merchants too.

Great to be at the Okura Hotel in Amsterdam! I’m enjoying the insightful panel discussions and engaging in roundtable sessions with industry experts. If I compare this event and its format to events I've attended in the past, I'd say there's a strong focus on networking. It's quite intimate, so that gives a nice way to easily get introduced to new people. It’s a nice and social atmosphere.

I had two really good roundtables, one on seamless payments, which was a fantastic panel. We were different merchants, different categories, but with the same common problems, which I found really, really useful. There's an open atmosphere where it's easy to mingle, easy to meet other merchants, other suppliers that I don’t have knowledge of. So it's very easy to mingle and build network.

We wanted to come to an event that is a trusted leader in the industry, where senior members come and meet and talk and discuss different ideas and promote their solutions. We heard about this conference several times from other customers and prospects that have attended in the past. When we came to the event, we didn’t know what to expect because this was new. Payments Leaders' Summit is in full swing, and the content and conversations have been superbly rich.
