Our Attendees
-
I attended PLS to engage with colleagues across different industries, learn best practices, and gain insights that will help me make more informed long-term decisions for my organization. As a merchant, one of the most valuable aspects has been hearing firsthand experiences from others using these products, rather than just from those selling them. That real-world perspective has been incredibly useful.
-
It’s not just merchants—it also includes issuers, which makes for an interesting format to hear all sides of the payment equation.
-
The conference provided great insights into the latest TP payment trends and answered key questions I had—such as how to drive merchant adoption of open banking and how to successfully launch peer-to-peer payments for our customers.
-
It’s been great meeting people across payments helped expand my knowledge and reconnect with friends. The balance of professional sessions and networking, with good food and drinks, made conversations easier and enjoyable. The roundtables stood out for the depth of

The insight panels bring a wealth of knowledge across a broad range, very informative to everyone here. I would recommend Payment Leader Summit to senior leaders because payments is evolving daily. If you don't stay on top of it, you're going to be left behind. This event takes it to a higher level, which is very important in today’s environment. Women in payments and fraud don’t have enough voice. We’re a growing number at the senior level, and this is a great way to network with like minds and be part of something that’s a change!
-
PLS allows people to interact in a way they can control and feel respected, and it helps them optimise their time. I think it's a great way to engage at a high level, where you can meet people who bring significant, qualified reference points to what you’re doing in your own work. You can talk to them, bring them into your network, and enjoy the camaraderie of building relationships!
-
The roundtables were one of the best parts of the show. People were open and honest, and the moderators asked really good, relevant questions. The one-on-one meetings were surprisingly good - not typical sales pitches, but real, relevant conversations. My overall experience: network expanding, knowledge expanding, and learning.
Our Sponsors
-
"One-to-one meetings are essential. Sure, I can grab a drink and chat with people, but having dedicated one-on-one time is invaluable. You do a great job of bringing the right people together and facilitating warm introductions. The structured conversations, with clear topics to discuss, add a level of value that other conferences simply don’t."
-
"The conference itself and the content are fantastic! The speakers are highly qualified, with some real heavy hitters involved. What truly sets this event apart, however, is the curated meetings directly with the merchants—it's a unique feature that distinguishes it from other events in the industry."
-
"There were other businesses that chose to meet with us, ones we hadn’t even considered pairing up with. Some of those conversations turned out to be just as productive, if not more productive, than the meetings we had originally planned."
-
Being a sponsor has been incredibly satisfying. It’s an intimate setting where we’ve been able to interact with senior ecosystem decision makers and have productive, interesting conversations, not just high-level talk. Intimate, interesting, and cutting-edge
-
Not only were they very effective at connecting me with the right decision makers, but they also provided an amazing opportunity to learn about cutting-edge topics in payments - real pain points, what people are experiencing, and what they're looking for.
-
I would definitely recommend sponsoring Payment Leader Summit to other chargeback mitigation providers. There are a lot of merchants here that require chargeback prevention and fighting tools. It’s a great opportunity to meet enterprise-level merchants that need our services. The biggest value I walk away with is understanding merchant needs. Hearing pain points really helps me hone in on exactly what solution is needed. Sponsoring has definitely delivered the ROI we were looking for, at least based on the initial conversations. Based on the size of the opportunities, I’m fairly positive we’ll have a very good ROI from this conference.
-
The focus on enterprise merchants brings a level of sophistication we really value. Being able to have more nuanced, complex conversations around payments and talk to the right people within organisations, has been super effective and meaningful for us. I really appreciate the more intimate setting. You can have more meaningful conversations, thoughtfully advise, consult, and build relationships with longevity. Most payments projects involve more than one person, so being able to put a face to the decision-making team is huge. That enables further progress and discussion down the line.
-
Super effective! Merchants share their roadmaps before meetings, so you can get straight to the point. It’s a very private event with face-to-face, real business discussions. It's a great chance to connect, network, and learn market trends.
