What is the format of the Leaders' Summit?

The Leaders' Summit is a one-track event that includes curated one-to-one meetings, panel discussions, roundtable sessions, and networking events, all designed to foster meaningful interactions between sponsors and delegates.

How many people attend - vendors and delegates?

The Leaders' Summit typically host 80–100 attendees and 25-30 vendors.

What is the type of exhibit space?

We don’t have traditional exhibition space. If you are a Meetings Sponsor, you will have a standardised meetings booth, regardless of investment level. This approach maintains fairness and consistency across the event. All of our events are held in 5-star hotels - a private, luxury environment! 

Is there guaranteed 1-2-1 meeting capability?

If you opt for one of our Meetings Sponsor Packages, your level of investment determines you a guaranteed minimum of either 5, 10 or 15 one-on-one meetings, each lasting 30 minutes. Two weeks before the event, you’ll gain access to our attendees' profile forms, allowing you to make informed selections based on their investment areas, projects, and budgets to ensure the most relevant and valuable connections. You’ll have a dedicated on-site representative who will personally escort each attendee to your designated meeting table at the scheduled time.

How much is it for an attendee pass?

Given the structure of the event, with 80+ attendees and a maximum of 25-30 solution providers and limited sponsorship opportunities, we don’t offer attendee-only passes to solution providers. This approach ensures a balanced ratio and a more valuable experience for both delegates and sponsors.

Does sponsorship include a booth presence?

If you choose to be a Meetings Package Sponsor, you will be provided with a dedicated meetings booth/table. From your side, all we require is your logo — we handle everything else, including setup. There are no additional or hidden costs involved. All meetings booths are fully standardised, ensuring that every sponsor has equal visibility and a level playing field.

Is there a website/app where you set meetings?

Yes, two to three weeks prior to the event, we will send you a unique link granting access to our online portal, which contains detailed delegate profiles. Using this information, you’ll be able to select exactly who you'd like to meet with. At the same time, attendees will also be choosing which solution providers they’re interested in meeting, based on the profile form you submit. From there, the team will personally curate your meeting schedule, ensuring a tailored experience and making the entire pre-event process seamless and hassle-free for you.

Is content offered digitally if I cannot attend in person?

No, our Leaders' Summits are fully in-person events, that operate under Chatham House rules. This is to encourage maximum peer to peer collaboration and discussion, encouraging people to engage in conversation and be as candid as possible in this way.

How can I prepare for my one-to-one meetings?

Upon registration, you'll receive a personalised itinerary based on your preferences. Review the profiles of your scheduled meetings in advance to make the most of these sessions.

Are meals/ is food provided during the event?

Yes, food and refreshments are provided throughout the event, including breakfast, lunches and coffee breaks.

How can my company become a sponsor?

Are there different sponsorship levels?

Yes, sponsorship packages can be customised to meet your company's goals. Options range from one to one meeting packages, and speaking opportunities, to hosting roundtables (both in person and virtually) and branding.

Where do I get the event photos to share on socials?

In the following days post event, we will directly share a link to all the photos via a Summary email. This email will also include a Dropbox link with your meeting contacts to follow up as well as key information regarding upcoming editions. Please let us know any queries or feedback.
