Lisa is an international Executive coach, Voice, and Presentation skills trainer, with over 25 years of experience coaching professionals and leaders become memorable communicators.
This includes raising their personal brand, increasing their confidence and impact at meetings, interviews, conferences, in the media, on executive panels and giving dynamic speeches or TED talks to a global audience.
Lisa has extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. Her clients include EY, Deloitte, Barclays, HSBC, J P Morgan, Cisco, CVC Capital, Visa, Mastercard, Amazon, Microsoft, Shell and GSK, Bloomberg TV.
Lisa is passionate about empowering women to move up the career ladder and affect diverse change at Executive, Board and CEO levels. She runs programmes for Women in Leadership. To date, she has impacted over 2,000 executive women’s careers worldwide - helping raise their presence, credibility and visibility in their industry and negotiate with confidence and impact. In this capacity, she was invited as a specialist guest speaker on BBC Radio 4’s “Woman’s Hour” to discuss the effective use of voice for women in political and leadership positions.
Lisa runs masterclasses, in-person and virtual workshops and gives executive coaching in UK, Europe, Canada, United States, Middle East and Asia.
