Paul is a Fintech headhunter specialising in sales executives from C-level to Account Executive for Payments businesses.  Prior to recruitment, Paul spent 17 years in sales - ultimately a sales director in FMCG (where he worked for companies such as Müller, Dairy Crest, Coors, McCormick and Red Bull) after spending nearly 4 years in new business for Barclaycard Commercial (Issuing).  In between his corporate life and starting his own business he sold pretty much everything he owned to go travelling with his wife and two young children.  He now lives in the New Forest and as well as headhunting presents The Payments Interviews - a podcast where he uncovers life lessons and career advice from Payments leaders for Payments Leaders.
